Sanmartí 1850’s activity consists of selling meat products online through our website and also in person at our stalls 86/87.

The purchase of our products through the website www.sanmarti1850.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Each order placed with Sanmartí1850 through our Website will be covered by these Conditions of Sale. By placing the order, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Minimum age per order

To purchase our products through the website you must be of legal age.

2. Pricing policy and tax application

The products will be sold at the price indicated on the website, and the price indicated at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer is valid.

All prices include the current value added tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region where delivery is to be made.

3. Purchase process

1) FILL YOUR CART: First of all, you will have to choose the product or products you want, and to do this, you will have to go to the top of the website where you will find the menu with different sections and choose the one that interests you the most. By clicking on each product, you can choose the desired quantity, the grammage format and add the products to the cart.

Once you have added a product to the cart, you can continue shopping, adding more products or even changing the quantities of some products.

2) PROCESS THE ORDER

Once you have your final list of products in the cart and you want to complete the purchase, click on “PROCESS THE ORDER”. Then, you can choose between two options: “COLLECTION IN STORE” or “DELIVERY TO HOME”.

Then, you will have to fill out the form with the following information: Address, City/Town, Postal Code, Province and Country.

Once you have completed the form, you must accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Privacy Policy by clicking on the corresponding box. Then, you must click on “CONTINUE”.

Remember! If you have a coupon, you can apply it in the blank space provided to do so and click on “APPLY” and later click on “CONTINUE” to continue. Coupons are not cumulative and it is not allowed to combine several coupons.

3) PROCESS THE PAYMENT METHOD

Then, select the payment method and click on “FINALIZE ORDER”. To proceed with the payment, you can choose between payment by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Redsys, Google Pay and Amazon Payment.

Once the payment process has been completed, you will receive an email confirming the order along with the invoice.

Know our returns policy

We are a traditional butcher shop involved in the world of e-commerce, so our maxim is customer satisfaction.

In the event that a product arrives in poor condition or an error has been made with its package, please contact us by phone at 693 70 60 06 or by sending an email to info@sanmarti1850.com and Àlex Castany, Cesca Sanmartí and Josep Mª Castany will do everything necessary to satisfy and solve it.

Sanmartí1850 does not undertake to make returns of products that have not arrived in good condition due to lack of receipt by the customer at the time of delivery and with a return period of up to a maximum of 24 hours from the shipment of the product.

Information on payment methods

All prices published on the website, unless expressly stated otherwise, include the corresponding VAT. The user must pay for purchases by credit or debit card as well as the enabled payment methods.

Sanmartí1850 reserves the right to request a copy by fax or email of the card used for the purchase and the user’s identity document (ID card, passport, etc.) to confirm the veracity of the data provided.
